Emitlogic Technologies Private Limited ("Emitlogic" or "we" or "Our") is the author, publisher, and owner of the internet resource at www.lukenote.com with any subdomain thereof, mobile/tablet/console applications, or other present or future electronic modes ("Portal"). By accessing, viewing, or using the Portal or any of the content on the Portal, you indicate that you understand and intend these terms of use ("Terms of Use") to be the legal equivalent of a signed, binding written contract, and that you accept such Terms of Use and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, you are not granted permission to use the Site and should exit immediately. Further, by impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by Our policies, including the Privacy Policy, and such other rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions as are relevant under the applicable law(s) in India for the purposes of accessing, browsing, or transacting on the Portal, or availing any of the Services, and such rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated into, and considered as part and parcel of these Terms of Use.
The Portal is a platform that inter alia facilitates the provision of "Services" (as described in Paragraph 1 below and shall include such other services that maybe made available on the Platform in the future). The access and use of the Portal by users/visitors ("Users" or "you" or "your" or "yourself") for availing the Services inter alia by (i) Emitlogic Technologies Private Limited, and/or (ii) third party diagnostic services providers ("Third Party Labs"); and/or (iii) third party doctor(s), medical consultancy service providers, other medical and healthcare professionals or institutions ("Medical Experts"), shall be governed in accordance with these Terms of Use read along with the privacy policy set out at lukenote.com/privacy (together referred to as "Agreement"). The Third Party Labs and Medical Experts are collectively referred to as the "Third Party Service Providers".
The Users may freely browse through the Portal, however, in order to avail the Services, Users would be required to register on the Portal. By accessing the Portal, registering or any other means of usage herein, the User shall be deemed to have read and agreed to these terms of Agreement without requiring any other express, implied or other consent requirement in writing or otherwise.
Emitlogic Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to add, modify, amend, cancel, limit, vary or change, either wholly or in part, at any point in time, the Agreement, without prior notice. Further, Emitlogic Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, alter, modify, change or vary the Portal, the Portal features, the Portal content, Services or parts thereof, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. All modifications / amendments to the Agreement will be posted on the Portal and will become effective immediately upon such posting on the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal after such change or modification shall be deemed to be your agreement to the revised/modified Agreement. Please review these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy regularly to remain informed of any change. If you do not agree to the Agreement, please discontinue using this Portal immediately.
Services
The below-mentioned services are facilitated by Emitlogic Technologies Private Limited and/or made available for Users of the Platform. The services are governed by the terms mentioned below in addition to the other terms of the Agreement and as such shall not deem to have an overriding effect over the other terms of the Agreement and shall not be interpreted in derogation to the other terms of this Agreement.
lukenote.com, directly and indirectly, collects information regarding the Users' profiles, contact details, and practice. lukenote.com reserves the right to take down any User's profile as well as the right to display the profile of the Users, with or without notice to the concerned User. This information is collected for the purpose of facilitating interaction with the End-Users and other Users. If any information displayed on the Website in connection with you and your profile is found to be incorrect, you are required to inform lukenote.com immediately to enable lukenote.com to make the necessary amendments.
lukenote.com does not run algorithms to rank the listed Users and shall not be liable and responsible for the ranking of the Users on external websites and search engines.
lukenote.com shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the Users for any losses, damage, injuries, or expenses incurred by the Users as a result of any disclosures or publications made by lukenote.com, where the User has expressly or implicitly consented to the making of disclosures or publications by lukenote.com. If the User had revoked such consent under the terms of the Privacy Policy, then lukenote.com shall not be responsible or liable in any manner to the User for any losses, damage, injuries, or expenses incurred by the User as a result of any disclosures made by lukenote.com prior to its actual receipt of such revocation.
lukenote.com reserves the right to moderate the suggestions made by the Users through feedback and the right to remove any abusive, inappropriate, or promotional content added on the Website. However, lukenote.com shall not be liable if any inactive, inaccurate, fraudulent, or non-existent profiles of Users are added to the Website.
You as a User hereby represent and warrant that you will use the Services in accordance with applicable law. Any contravention of applicable law as a result of your use of these Services is your sole responsibility, and lukenote.com accepts no liability for the same.
lukenote.com allows the Users to update their profile information. However, lukenote.com reserves to itself the right to moderate the changes or updates requested by Users, to decide as to whether to publish or reject the requests submitted for the respective changes or updates. User hereby represents and warrants that the User is fully entitled under law to upload all content uploaded as part of his/her profile or otherwise while using lukenote.com's services, and that no such content breaches any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights. Upon becoming aware of a breach of the foregoing representation, lukenote.com may modify or delete parts of User’s profile information at its sole discretion with or without notice to you.
