Non-Refundable:
All services provided by Emitlogic Technologies Private Limited are non-refundable. In the event of a double payment, users are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge.
Free Plan
Our Starter Pack includes a free plan, which we consider a ‘free look period.’ We encourage you to explore the Starter Pack, test its features, and decide if it meets your needs. You can continue using the free plan for as long as you like, or upgrade to the full version for more comprehensive access.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This could occur if only a portion of the service has been utilized or if there are extenuating circumstances.
Subscription Cancellations:
Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect after your current billing period. Until then, you will retain access to paid features. Your existing data will not be deleted upon cancellation. You can continue to access them, and they will be available when you upgrade to the paid plan again.
