Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of healthcare technology solutions to medical and pharmaceutical clients.
Manage and nurture client relationships, creating trust and long-term value.
Execute sales strategies and meet or exceed targets.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on sales activities.
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.
Who We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in medical, pharma, or healthcare sales.
Results-driven, proactive, and accountable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
Fixed pay: ₹15K–₹25K + commission on each sale (uncapped).
